There is a powerful process of clearing and awakening happening within and around us right now. So much that has been hidden is finding its way into the light, asking to be seen with greater awareness. We are questioning what we put into our bodies, what we surround ourselves with, what we have accepted as normal, and what may no longer be healthy for us or for the Earth. And as these truths become more visible, you may also find yourself looking inward and asking a very personal question: What have I outgrown?
Sometimes growth isn’t about adding something new to your life. Sometimes it is about finally releasing what you no longer need to carry, such as old patterns, old beliefs, and old ways of responding, even the parts of yourself you may have spent years trying to perfect.
There is a difference between perfectionism and self-mastery. Self-mastery isn’t about finding every fault within yourself and fixing it. It is about becoming conscious enough to recognize what is no longer aligned with who you are becoming and loving yourself enough to let it go.
And before you rush toward what comes next, take a moment to recognize how far you’ve already come. Every lesson, every healing, every choice to grow has brought you here. There is something to celebrate in that. Gratitude allows not only to honor what is unfolding but to shine light on what you have already accomplished.
There are times when the answers we are looking for cannot be found by thinking harder. They are found by becoming quieter, turning inward, and listening beneath the surface. In that inward space, let your mind become quiet enough to hear your heart’s truth.
Allow yourself to experience your relationships in a deeper way. As your relationship with yourself becomes more conscious and loving, your relationships with others can begin to change to be more fulfilling. You may naturally seek greater authenticity, compassion, balance, and connection.
Notice your relationship with the Earth, not as something separate from you, but as something you are intimately connected to. This is part of the larger healing humanity is witnessing. A wounded and heavily exploited Earth is calling for restoration, just as our own bodies and spirits continually seek balance. What has been hidden is being revealed. What has been depleted is asking to be renewed. The Earth is alive, just as you are! Both are capable of renewal. This is not a time of endings, but a return to greater simplicity, greater awareness, greater reverence for life, and ultimately a greater love.
Allow the next chapter to arise in its own time. Settle into quiet and notice what is already beginning to emerge. Let your heart lead, and make room for what is ready to become.
