The Spiritual Higher Heart expresses itself as the bright, childlike innocence that knows how to trust, to play, to love without condition. It is curious and alive, deeply connected to nature and to limitless possibility. It carries joy that can feel expansive and electric, a magical presence of love that is generous and understanding, and a sense that life itself is something to participate in fully.

You may feel it rushing through you while playing in the ocean with waves crashing and sunlight dancing on the water. You feel it on a forest trail when the air is fresh and everything seems vividly alive. You may feel it when you stand before a breathtaking sunset and your chest opens in awe, or in a creative moment when you express yourself completely and something pure moves through you. It is there in the simple joy of being at home, surrounded by what and whom you love, knowing you are safe, connected, and free to be exactly who you are.

When your ascended heart awakens, it is an enlightenment experience that is neither distant nor abstract, but embodied and real. The dramas that once consumed you begin to feel small and temporary. The unrest, the striving, the shadowed reactions lose their authority. You see them for what they are: fleeting patterns, not truth. You begin to align with something more authentic than you imagined, a self that is joyful, open, creative, and grounded in the presence of unconditional love. In this alignment, peace is neither dull nor passive; it is vibrant, alive, and filled with flowing possibility.

Higher Heart Activation

I am Love. I activate my higher heart into its full, radiant expression. I am open and present. I embrace the childlike innocence within me, the part of me that knows joy, play, creativity, and trust. I welcome a soft, spacious understanding that allows me to be fully human and fully whole. I give and receive freely from an unconditional field of love, compassion, and acceptance. This living awareness restores me, rejuvenates me, and opens me to boundless flow and natural harmony. Nature teaches me its wisdom with its presence. I sense what it means to be magically attuned to the heartbeat of the Earth, alive and aligned in every moment. I am heart-centered and authentic. I see this shift reflected back to me in my relationships, my creativity, and my sense of peace. I am open, embodied, and fully expressed love.

And so it is.

The Higher Heart is the most ascended expression of the heart chakra. It embodies Divine Love that is present in all things, the light we carry within, and the love that we inherently are. It is your truth, and when you recognize it, that truth is reflected back to you.

Among the plains Indigenous peoples, pipestone (catlinite) was used only for sacred ceremony. It was carved into pipes through which breath carried heart-spoken prayers to Spirit. Born of the Earth’s deep memory, it teaches that when we speak from the heart, our words become an activation, a living covenant of truth, reverence, and connection to all life.

You are now initiated into a sacred ceremony. Your heart is awakened and attuned to the Earth’s ancient wisdom and living spirit. You step fully into this ceremony, opening your spiritual heart to the Earth’s deep, mystical pulse, feeling the alignment of your inner energy with the living memory of the planet.

The message, Victory of Maryam (Holy Mother Mary), represents the Feminine Divine Essence. In moments of need, you can call upon the Sacred Mother Essence within you to guide you, nurture your heart, and bring forth all that your spirit truly requires.

There is a part of you that is daring to love, to live, and to trust more than ever before, to let go of past hurts, to release the weight of failure and self-critique, and to clear the patterns that have held you back. Advance with the steady strength of your heart, letting the old battles fall away. Even if gentle tears come, let them be a sweet surrender to relief and release. The struggle has passed. Know that the light within you shines brightly, and it is time to move forward with your heart fully open and awakened.

Blend into the spiritually uplifting and powerfully sacred vibration within and around you. You can experience heightened senses and feelings in its higher vibrational flow which are loving and heart-centered. You feel at one with all and your compassion is limitless. You feel more intuitive, creative, and beautiful. You see the beauty in all things and all others. It’s sweet and wonderful to bask in the glow.

Sometimes negative emotions, depression, neediness, a sense of going around in circles in the mind, or a need for pointless drama masks the beautiful vibrations available to you.

What you can do if this becomes a problem for you:

Imagine that you are an incredible chalice. All your loving, limitless, watery flow is sparkling clean and kept contained in your circular space. Protect and maintain the contents. Only allow in what fills your heart with joy, peace and beauty.

When you hold your chalice sacred, you become a bright beacon of light that naturally uplifts others. All they have to do is think of you or be around you. You won’t have to do much. Just Be. In a sense, your chalice becomes a temple for you and others.

If you forget your sacred chalice, your light may start to fade. Too much of your watery flow could seep out to others. This may or may not benefit either of you. Some may drown if too much of your water is spilt.

Forgive yourself immediately. Just remember and realign to the sacred chalice you are. Breathe, brighten, and know that you can resolve any dilemma with a simple awareness that you are God/Goddess. You are Divine. Your joy, peace, and love are the elixir for your chalice of liquid light. Your awareness alone will quickly return you to the awesome feeling experience. Breathe it in. Your sacred balance has been right there with you all along. Within the boundaries of your ritual, light and love are safeguarded in right balance.
