Auras

Everyone seems to be fascinated with knowing the colors of their energy field – the aura. Understanding and reading someone’s aura is complicated.  I have been seeing them my whole life, but just like it takes our whole life to understand our spiritual, emotional, mental, physical, ego, and soul processes of our lives, so it goes for reading the aura.
The aura will appear to the reader in a way that only he or she can read it and everyone’s intuitive processing is different.
Below I am sharing a variety of notes on the ways to identify the subtleties of the aura and some of my important discoveries:
*The colors tend to be neon and other worldly and changeable.
*Sometimes there are geometric lines and patterns rather than colors, or both.
*There are radiances of energy that spread out around and in different directions around a chakra sometimes blending together.
*The chakras are not lined up straight up and down the body like in metaphysical pictures.
*The chakras are not colored like a perfect rainbow.  Everyone has their own unique color patterns.  There is no right color order.
*Some chakras are rimmed with silver, gold or opalescence.
*Not all dark colors or reds indicate sickness or pain.
* Intuiting color starts with what the color means to the reader.
*Images, symbols, knowings and even tones can be intuited for information.
*Blips of colored or white light that show up around the body, and depending on where they are, can indicate past, present and future energies.
*Energies can look soft, spongy, solid, you name it!
*The chakra colors or energies can be confused with the different, changeable energy layers that are around the body including, but not limited to:  the physicial, mental, emotional, astral, celestial, and so on.
*Auras extend very far out and even look as if the person is going to float away, or look the opposite, contained.
The list goes on and forever as we all advance in our intuitive skills. My hope is to share what has taken me so many years to learn.  May you glean from my experiences.
I am available to work with you to enhance your understanding of your chakras and energy field with private healing sessions, meditation, Reiki training or future classes.  I am blessed to be in service to you.

Spiritual Acceptance

Living without acceptance of a person, situation or circumstance creates an intensity of discomfort that can vary from tolerable to miserable. Acceptance is the precursor to happiness.  Enjoyment is earned after a relationship is developed with acceptance. Think of acceptance as equal to trusting Spirit.

Acceptance = Spiritual Trust

Stretch your mind to accept this and the magic moments manifest. Spiritual trust is bypassing your own expectations. Of course, there is always something more pleasurable just beyond every person, situation or circumstance. With focus on the “something more,” there is never an appreciation for what presently IS. Spiritual trust or acceptance is only found in the present.  A person of integrity does not like to find out that his or her mind and emotions are lacking in appreciation of the present moment.

Training to be present can be easy when you have been touched by the Light of God or Spirit.  To do this you must only ask and receive.  When you receive the Light, you will either feel it with your whole body or energy field, know it undoubtedly, or hear and see it all around you.  You may recognize the magic of synchronicity or the symbology of life playing out all around you guiding you as if everything and everyone has a secret coded message just for you to experience.  Practice noticing the language, the celebration, the adventure of receiving.  There is nothing more pleasurable.

You may believe you are not “good enough” to receive or be touched by the Light of Spirit. The silly illusion here is that you are always touched by God, The truth is you ARE God.  You are the essence of God, and this essence or Higher Self is with you and within you always.

Remember, Receive

Receive, Remember

Enjoy the moment. You will live with…

Acceptance, Spiritual Trust

Allowing a Spiritual Relationship by BE-ing Silent

Surrender is the highest form of conscious contact with the Divine.  This leads to harmony and balance.  When you are feeling anxious or troubled, take a deep breath and let go. Create a safe space where you can reconnect to that part of you that is light-filled.

One way to do this is to create moments of silent oberservation.  It is critical in awakening that part of us that is attuned to the light.  By being silent, we become more aware of who we really are and what really matters the most.   The hardest part is finding time for silence.

We’re so stimulated by the outside world, TV, other’s and our own dramas.  It’s all so entertaining!  When we are aware of the light frequencies around us in form, we are meditative and we can go deeper.  In these reflective forms we can relate to ourselves and who we are more profoundly. But often we become distracted by thinking too much about what we are observing and sensing or get lost in a loop of reflection.  More often than not, we will not process deeply until we are in silence.

I love to practice what I call “Ceiling Time”.  I lie on my bed and stare up.  I also take time to sit and be and just ponder letting all my thoughts flow out until my mind is silent.  But most of all I spend time remembering.  I put remembering in my schedule every day.  What do I remember?  I remember that we are all source.  I remember that we have full potential in the present moment.  Sometimes, I have to write this routine into my schedule.

Our own ego’s thinking and figuring can get in the way of our relationship with our Source Self, our Light, and our Higher Self.  Our Higher Selves guide us in ways that will support our soul’s journey.  The most important advice we can give ourselves comes from our Higher Self.  This is a relationship worth putting time and effort into.
